That article is about the Ukrainian collusion. That has been known. The report today is tied with Russia. They are whole different places.

Manafort managed the lobbying effort in the Ukraine that the Podesta group was a part of.

Well the OP isn't exactly clear what news he's trying to break here. "Paul Manafort has ties to the Podesta Group" is a pretty vague title 
Paul Manafort was a pretty big player for the pro-Russian Ukrainian party. Wouldn't be surprised if the Podesta Group and/or Russia used him to promote their interests.

The issue is that the Clintons colluded with Russia. Not Trump. Yet you and the rest of the lefties have been apoplectic about collusion for months.
Clinton paid a law firm that hired Fusion GPS who has extensive ties with Russia. They produce a dossier that Obama uses to get a FISA warrant. If you don't think that stinks to high heaven....you are willfully ignorant.

Clintons colluded with Russia. That much is certain. Where he Podesta emails came from may or may not have been Russia. Why would you ignore solid evidence for supposition and speculation?
