I've already explained to my 13 year old to be specifically wary of any conversation that contains the following words:
Equity
Anti-Racism
Whiteness or White Privilege
Ally or Being an ally
BIPOC
Racism that is not backed up by a specific racist action
Decolonize
Systemic used with racism or sexism
If any of this gets brought up, the next day I'm in the office.
Left to his own devices he'd argue on his own, but I've explained that's not his place.
