Packing the Supreme Court

Do they not realize that this action would totally illegitimate the court in the eyes of the Red States? They act as if we would just bend over and take it. No one would take their decisions seriously. It would cause a breaking point.

Not to mention that the republicans would pack the court as soon as they managed to obtain power. It would be a never ending tit for tat that will make a mockery of our institutions.

They will do it and take measures to keep it. DC and PR will get statehood for more seats at the table to insure it stays that way

The dim filth and MSM Propaganda Machine have convinced their sheep that the constitutional duty of Congress is illegitimate. I don't think they plan to honor a Supreme Court now that it won't favor their communist goals.

It’s the only way the left can make laws they like. All the laws they want the people don’t want so they need the courts. Once the courts are packed look for your 2A rights to dwindle bigly and the majority of people will have not voted for it.

McConnell is playing the game, and he's doing it well. If the Democrats get in control they'll do the same.
This isn't going to become some sort of tit-for-tat... it already is one that started with years ago. Court packing and additional states are just the next logical steps.

Easier said than done. Just saw on FOX an attorney saying it would take 60 votes in the Senate to end a filibuster to have a vote. He said that would mean a 13 seat flip in the Senate. Very unlikely.

It is crazy that a simple majority can change the rules that state you need 60 votes, but it is the truth.

many of the republicans in congress are weak and spineless fools. they go along in order to get along.
very few republicans have stood up and denounced these democrats who are crying about this court appointment.
