If it is a new registration because the person moved to PA and has yet to change DL. You must give your social Security Number and be checked into. You must be a new lawful citizen of America for 30 days before you can vote.

a registration card is then mailed. but there is an ability to ask for a mail in ballot and check to stay on this method permanently.
I think it is very strange for any State or Common Wealth to have mail in ballots. Thank the GOP for pushing out Mastriano.

To register to vote you have to give your relevant personal information.
These voter rolls can be accessed. If there are illegally registered voters and votes there should be no legal way that state can certify an election.
And if they try there should be 20 AGs from different red states suing over the civil rights of citizens in their states having their votes nullified by this nonsense.

Are they giving illegals social security numbers with their welfare cards? the good news is they only accept registration after they take the old States DL info.
I can see a local dem office accepting willy nilly registrations. they will cheat in Pittsburgh, Philly and the upper left counties bordering NY. It is all they got.
