He is truly amazing. I've seen him a number of times. He doesn't predict outcomes. He studies people's behaviors, body language and facial expressions in real time. Here is last's night's Oz portion of the dinner;

That’s his schtick but it’s all as real as any magician. Plenty of videos explaining his methods. He’s good at it but he is not plucking specific names from watching people’s facial expressions. That’s bs

There’s a slew of Reddit posts. He does a meet and greet before the events and collects if information, then it’s a matter of walking them down the intended path.
There’s a good video where he screws up a sportscaster attempt. Apparently he sent the guy to a website he created before hand and asked him some questions. Unfortunately the mark misspelled the name and which happened to be another football player name. Oz got all sort of confused because he was trying to walk him into to player name he searched for, not the actual one he was thinking about.
