observers. That’s how things are caught that look suspicious or if voter intimidation is going on. No way I’d want all people that vote democratic or republican making up all the volunteers at any given location. Checks and balances are always needed and live witnesses are valuable in this instance.

Better look out for Antifa/BLM showing force in contested areas. Intimidation will be high.

Poll workers are needed. When they find out they have to attend a 6 hour class, and work a 14 hour day, most will bail.

At my voting place in 2018 half the poll workers didn't show up to work, resulting in a line of 4 hours to vote. I can't prove that it was intentional, but it was certainly a good way to suppress voters at that location, which is a mostly white area of a congressional district that the Dems turned from red to blue.
