Just looked at his recent photos online. He will be 77 in about two weeks and 78 1/2 should he win. He does not look particularly good and that is to be expected given his age and lifestyle. It's insane in this country that we elect these nearly 80 and 80 plus years olds. It will come back and bite our arses. I hope Trump gives serious thought as to who is suitable for VP.

It's hard to tell if it's shopped or just a really inopportune photo snapped at a bad angle and time.
If it's shopped the original should be pretty easy to track down
