Anything government gets involved in: medical care, college tuition, etc skyrocket in costs, while things government doesn't get involved in like electronics and consumer goods generally maintain cost

Its another thing, like jobs, housing, etc that we pretend dropping 10s of millions of illegals into the system didnt impact.
Who do you think is paying for the birthing of millions of anchor babies? The hospitals? They make it up by charging paying customers and the insurance companies have to account for it.

Insurance is a scam. Health insurance is the biggest of scams. Regardless, long ago it was decided to allow particular people to take what they wanted without worry of cost since that would be spread out amongst the civilians. In the near future, if you own a pet, you will be required to purchase pet insurance.
I wonder if our political servants worry about their insurance costs or services.

Prior to Obama I was paying 1100.00 per month for 5 people. Now it’s 1800.00 for 2 people, same provider, same coverage except that 3 less people on it. Please eloquently elaborate for me how Obama health care reform didn’t cause this

I am a small business owner. None of my employees want to join in a company plan. They either have it through their spouses or just don’t care. We are talking about less than 10 people

The pattern seems to be that when blue is in office, they pass financially unsustainable programs. When red tries to address it, blue screams to the sky about how red is racist, killers, fascists. Then blue gets in and passes MORE ridiculously disastrous policies.. rinse/repeat.

Insurances covered preexisting issues before Obama Care you just had to have a certain amount of people sign up for the insurance. I have a preexisting condition and I have always had insurance because I had a job . Preexisting conditions is just a thing democrats use to get people on their side for Obamacare.

Just looking at deductibles and you will know that they climbed at a much higher rate post ACA. 2006-2010 deductibles were 600-1000
Pots 2010 they jumped 50-100 percent. And have climbed steadily ever since. It’s not just about the premiums.
