On Day 1 of of his current Presidency, POTUS Trump signed an EO to end birthright citizenship. Millions of females, some wishing to come here illegally and others already here illegally, decided to either stay in their own country and give birth or if already here, remain barren.
He did it with the stroke of a pen. Now, what will he do with additional strokes of his pen?

Trump's comments are not legally sound. The court, did not, say Congress can "make it up". Only Kavanaugh did, from the minority.

A while back a woman gave birth on the plane trying to get here in time to create an anchor baby.
I bet it worked even though she technically wasn't in our country yet.
This kind of shite needs to be eliminated.

There are plenty of steps congress could take to make giving birth in the United States as a non-citizen a burdensome thing.
If you can't penalize the child, penalize the parents - especially illegals and birth tourists.

If not within 12 miles, what kind of papers will the infant need to enter the country? Regardless, none of this would be a huge deal if this country was more responsible.
