Deport the parents, even after a child is born. Ask the parents "Do you wish to leave your child here?"......................if they are any kind of good people, they'll say "no" and take their child and go back to where they came from. Remember, the child may be a citizen, but the parents are not, and the Constitution does not say "oh, by the way, the illegal alien parents can stay too!"

What do any of those questions have to do with Trump being 100% wrong?
It's not about intelligence, of Trump at least. His advisers told him the wrong information, just like they failed (again) with shitty EOs that intelligent people knew would fail from the outset.
One of Trump's biggest issues is loyalty to the wrong people, like Stephen Miller.

I'm glad Trump took a stab at it. Could have gone the other way with the right justices. Had Justice Antonin Scalia been on the SC this year it would have been a different outcome. Too bad he got murdered.
Got a feeling there are other plans for Trump or others who want to take up the crusade of ending birthright for aliens. This was plan A.

It was too bad he was found dead in a room with the pillow still over his face. But I do agree, Plan A bought time. I am a big proponent of EOfare going forward. It is a great way to fight lawfare.
