1. No one's rights have been violated by ICE and that ProPublica article was completely stupid, hack journalism. ICE is being harrassed and obstructed constantly yet they haven't killed even 1 person over it although they probably should have maimed about a thousand of these lunatics. These freaks are even stroking out about the masks because they want to harrass the officers in their private lives

2. ICE can confirm what they need to know quickly. This is not a concern for even a single citizen

3. No citizens have been detained for an inordinate amount of time. Citizens are detained all across this country on a daily basis for all kinds of reasons. It's a part of life.

4. Liberals and mentally deranged people like SFP are ok presenting all kinds of personal information for all sorts of reasons but if it hurts Trump - NO FREAKING WAY! THAT'S A VIOLATION OF RIGHTS AND DUE PROCESS. Brainless hypocrites

5. ICE has detained thousands and thousands of people and hardly any citizens have been detained. Their track record is exemplary

6. Libs and mentally deranged people like SFP can't prove that ICE hasn't had "reasonable suspicion" in even ONE CASE.

7. We need to be performing TONS of profiling and every American citizen should be ok with it because of the invasion that was conducted by the corrupt, seditious Biden administration. This is an extreme, clear and present danger. Illegals and people from very specific countries are starting to commit violent crimes almost daily now. Many of these crimes are ethnically targeted. That is unacceptable. This is not a normal situation where we should be primarily focused on government oppression because this administration has proven unequivocally that they are trying to protect freedom, the rule of law and citizens. There are precisely zero warning signs to be worried about. This is all about TDS skyscreaming masquerading as "small government"

8. If you want to hear some comedy, ask that halfwit SFP about the words SFP inserted into the 14th amendment

9. What's with this new trio of Relentless Analysis, retired tiger and Bama Mountain?? They appeared suddenly and are suspiciously terrible. It seems coordinated and manufactured

Imagine for a moment if you or any person’s guns were confiscated until it could be proven without a doubt that all of the firearms were purchased legally and all background checks and paperwork were in order.

Once all of that was verified, people could go down to the police station and pick up rhe guns. It’s it would be messy and mistakes will be made. But it would just be an inconvenience.

Given the grave threat to the country that some people with guns are, would this be a patriotic duty?

I have known various people that just looked to me like they were pot heads or coke heads. Based on that impression, maybe cops should be considered to have probable cause to go into their home without a warrant and toss the place, looking for their stash. Isn't it worth the inconvenience to help get drugs off the street?

I've been at parties where adults were drinking, and teenagers were present. Teen drinking and driving being the threat to public safety that it is, maybe cops should be able to crash the party without a warrant to make sure none of the teens are drinking.

It's amazing, the 180 that some posters have done in the last few years regarding constitutional rights.

tl, dr.

Here's the bottom line...be sure to keep a copy of your post, and then 10 or 15 years from now when the Dems are back in power and come in your home uninvited, without a warrant, detain you for an hour or so while they search your entire house and vehicles, to make sure you don't have any illegal guns, then they confiscate the guns they do find, take them back to the station to run the serial numbers, then two weeks later you get a call saying you can come down and get them back...pull this post back out and read it to yourself and remind yourself that you wanted this.

They did that in Chicago. It worked quite well. All the uber drivers there were also from South America and Africa.

I'm a law abiding gun owner. I'd have no problem proving I legally own a weapon if it means gangbangers with Glock switches are arrested. What's the problem?

No poster on this board is actually stupid enough to believe that you would be ok with law enforcement coming into your home without a warrant, detaining you in your home while they search your house and vehicles, confiscate ones they find so they can take them to the station and verify, then call you in 2 weeks to tell you that you can come down and get your guns back.

No one on this board is that fricking stupid as to actually believe that you'd be ok with that. How about you? Are you really so fricking stupid that you think we'd actually buy your bullshite?

But since you ask "what's the problem", let me explain it to you like you're fricking retarded. You start down this road, then in 10 years from now, Gavin Newsome or Kamala Harris get to send federal agents into your home for whatever fricking suspicion they create in their minds. What's the problem, right?

Had to take a lot of shite to the Dmv to get my real id. Meanwhile.. illegals throughout the country can easily get real ids. Effectively rendering the purpose of real ids meaningless. No big deal for me, but still.

Hispanic Americans and legal immigrants should be pissed off. If not for corrupt dmvs issuing real ids to illegals, then they'd easily be able to use real ids to verify they aren't illegal.

The whole point of Real ID is to prove you're a citizen. I looked into getting one recently (for flying) and they want a notorized copy of my birth certificate among other documents.

Since Real ID was passed by Congress as a federal law, if states are giving illegals Real ID's, then surely they are breaking some sort of law?

This is the normal opinion of any true American patriot - anyone trying to make it an indication of a "problem" is pathetic trash.

If you are Hispanic and working on a job site full of illegal Hispanics, should it really shock you that ICE will detain you longer to verify you are a US citizen?

THIS is the thing all these dirtbag maniacs are trying to justify.

IF there were a murder suspect whose photo was published and that image looked a lot like me - I would not be outraged that I might be stopped and asked questions about my actual background or whereabouts or asked to produce additional information. I would congratulate the official for doing his job.

But NO - these low-morality idiots on here sucking the socialist dick are HAPPY that 20 million illegal aliens were allowed to walk across the border and set up shop in America - because that supports their actual desire to totally repopulate the country with malleable human trash who will advance the destruction of the country.

They insist that any conservative be absolutely PERFECT in compliance with THEIR image of what the LAW actually allows. They would gladly watch a million honest citizens be slaughtered in order to protect the sensibilities of ONE illegal alien.

BUT in the same breath they are HAPPY that some grandmother who showed up at the J6 rally to support the effort to expose the most heinous criminal political sedition in the nation's history gets slammed into jail for months - for THAT they still celebrate.

Liberalism today is a not practiced as an honorable political position - it is a degenerate collection of evil monsters.

Just like government issuing an immigration work permit longer than what a Visa is good for or when a visa has been invalided they don’t cancel or seize the work permit.

Again, this is a specific agency dealing with a specific law enforcement issue about specific people, not some childish hypothetical about nameless people in the future just breaking down doors for no specific reason

What citizen has had their rights violated by an ICE operation?

That's because you're a rational, sane person. I'll say this again, the people skyscreaming about this get asked for ID for all kinds of things every day. They get inconvenienced every day. But all the sudden THIS is too far.

I've been deported twice. US Embassy laughed at me.
