Should be around 5k voters left in franklin and 20k in Delaware. Looking better for baldaruski since those last few bumps from Delaware.

Hold back reports from a high population city until the very end so you know how badly you need to fudge the numbers.

Only 1 precinct remaining in Franklin and Baldy is only down 300 votes. His lead continues to grow in Delaware. Looking good.

Franklin 99% in to Delaware 68%- Trends indicates a 2%- 3% win for Baldy.
