I'm against abortion, but I think it should be left up to each individual state.

I use to think there was a good possibility of a genetic marker for homosexuality but I'm not going to hold my breath. I've heard of too many accounts where people have said they chose the lifestyle after later rebukinng that lifestyle. The GOP is trying to prevent the killing of mentally disabled babies. Demoshits like Commo are happy to kill them. Yet, dummocrats like to call Republicans 'Nazis.' Seems like the dumbfrickocrats are acting more like the real nazis once again. Anything of which they accuse the opposition is that of which they are truly guilty. It is proven time & time again.

It will be interesting to see "liberals" bitch that it's immoral to have an abortion because the kid is gay.

There is no law requiring a woman to give a reason for getting an abortion so there is no way to verify that a woman is getting an abortion for down syndrome.
This is a massive waste of money for a law that has no legal merit.
Also many down syndrome people have heart problems or GI issues.
Even if this law remains - and it won't - a person can say they aren't aborting for downs but other medical issues.

I wonder what percentage of "parents" (or lets call them what they are, sperm and egg donors) are just going to drop these kids off at safehavens and expect the taxpayers to deal with it.
