Your premise that she was simply trying to get through traffic and be in her way is false. It is an important fact to correct when the question is about criminal behavior.

The ice agents clearly thought they had reasonable suspicion she was interfering and legally ordered her out of her car. Detaining her. She responded by driving at the agents. The officer felt he was in danger or other were in danger. I know you hate ICE agents, but those are the facts. It is not a murder. And you will be very disappointed if you keep hoping it will be considered a murder. Sorry about your luck.

go find a serious arrest, like a SWAT raid. You can probably find something like that in or around the hood, when the cops are hitting a drug dealer or gang banger.
Now, go block the road, and see if they "drive around".
Blocking the road is the #1 step in ambushing said officers, it puts all their lives in danger. You can't make the assumption that she wasn't doing that, because assumptions can get you killed.
You can't make the assumption that someone "peacefully protesting" isn't actually a threat.
That's why you stay out of their way.
