I guess it comes down to what you consider "interfering." If by interfering you mean she had the audacity to force the ICEholes to drive around her like all the other common every day peon citizens were doing, then yes. There was no excuse for the ICEholes not to simply drive around her, like all the other cars were doing, and go on carrying out their business
Tell ya what-
go find a serious arrest, like a SWAT raid. You can probably find something like that in or around the hood, when the cops are hitting a drug dealer or gang banger.
Now, go block the road, and see if they "drive around".
Blocking the road is the #1 step in ambushing said officers,
