The problem we have in the gulf is we need a much bigger navy and naval air presence than we can do with our professional military size.

Big lesson learned that controlling contentious waters takes a lot of equipment and personnel.

It’s kind of entertaining how quickly this has become a talking point.

I guarantee nobody had that argument on their kalshi bingo card a week ago.

They should set up a sting operation on a ship with soldiers waiting for these jackasses when they get close and light em up. They’ll think twice next time.

The IRGC has published footage of its forces seizing two cargo ships, the Panama-flagged MSC Francesca and the Liberian-flagged Epaminondas, in the Strait of Hormuz today.

In the PT thread on this topic, there's a post saying the MSC Francesca had been sitting in the same spot since early March, shortly after the hostilities started. That would explain why there was nobody on board in those clips where they boarded.

The Greeks said that the Epaminondas was fired upon with small arms but not seized and the captain and crew were still in control of the ship.

OK Inside Wire. Many others reporting Iran had enough uranium to make 11 nuclear bombs. I've seen interviews and reports, including one this morning on Maria Bartiromo show saying just enough material, not bombs.

Now Inside Wire reports Hasset says Iran had 11 bombs. You see, this is how shite gets started.

Stock market futures are falling pretty quickly and oil rising so wonder if the market knows something is up.

It got started when the Iranian negotiators mouthed off to witkoff that they could make 11 ….then we bombed them again and everyone started complaining about a lack of understanding about the cultural differences in negotiation strategies.
