Translated from Persian:
Hojatoleslam Hajji-Sadeghi, the Leader's representative in the IRGC:
"Currently, there are no negotiations underway; whenever the enemy accepts our conditions, we will negotiate.
The enemy must accept that we are negotiating from a position of strength and they from a position of weakness."

The senior advisor for the Iranian negotiation team, Marandi: “Everyone should immediately leave the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi, and Kuwait. Sailors on all ships in the Persian Gulf must also prepare to evacuate their ships. This is especially urgent for ships near the Strait of Hormuz, which will be destroyed first. Time is running out.”

All desperate attempts by the regime to control domestic messaging and prevent the citizens from rising up.

For a moment there I didn't realize your post was referring to the Iranians.

"I thought I had an understanding with President Xi — but that's alright. That's the way WAR goes!"
"We caught a ship yesterday that had some things on it, which wasn't very nice, a GIFT from China, perhaps. I don't know!"
"You know, [Iran is] trying to move the missiles. They're trying to move their missiles around, even during the ceasefire...WE'RE totally loaded up. We have so much ammo...much more powerful than it was 4-5 weeks ago. We've used this to restock."

The situation as it stands at 1930 PST
1. Formal response from Iranian side about confirmation of delegation to attend Islamabad Peace Talks is still awaited.
2. ?Pakistan as the mediator is in constant touch with Iranians and pursuing the path of diplomacy and dialogue.
3. Ceasefire ends at 4:50 am PST, 22 April. Decision from Iran to attend the talks before the end of two weeks ceasefire is critical.
4. ?Pakistan has made sincere efforts to convince the Iranian leadership to participate in the second round of talks and these efforts continue.

"No, no, we want to open the Strait. They said, we're not opening. We totally control the Strait, just so you understand, for all the fake news out there!"

He might be OVER RULING Iranian officials who want to make a deal with the US.
Bad move if he continues. He might make it on a US-Israel HIT LIST.
"He is reportedly behind a list of atrocities spanning back decades. That includes Argentina's deadliest terror attack back in 1994."
"Analysts have described Vahidi as a radical hardliner who rose the ranks of the IRGC during the Iran-Iraq War of the 1980s."
"He has been connected with terror attacks such as the 1983 Beirut bombing that killed 241 U.S. service members and an attack on the U.S. embassy in Yemen in 2008."
"Vahidi, who is on the IRGC military side, who is holding most of the cards here in power because he has the guns, seems to be much more of a hardliner. Vahidi takes control of the IRGC, quite literally, with the threat of death hanging over him."

With the threats out of Iran this morning to evacuate the gulf region. It might be neat to issue a matrix showing the location coordinates, specific objective, bomb type, delivery, timing etc of a thousand Iranian active targets. Make it transparent to media. The surprise is kept in the clutter of a thousand opportunities. And release the kraken at 8 tomorrow morning

Yes, it's useful to show the whole world now that Iran's civil government is pure puppetry. The IRGC is in charge, and negotiating with a foreign minister or parliamentary speaker is useless, and now everyone knows it

Iranian hardliners are in charge now. They don't want to negotiate.
