Just a guess but perhaps bulk chemicals that could be used as precursors for rocket fuel.

Now they are saying certain people will only attend if JD Vance is there. So if JD shows up, they will most certainly put a lot of thought into debating on whether or not to decide or not decide to show up in Islamabad.

The materials being carried can either be used to make solid rocket fuel or make fertilizer. Being that the "Captain" was an IRGC thug, I don't think they were bringing in a bunch of stuff to make their garden's greener.

Will be interesting if he talks bridges and power plants but then attacks different targets after they set up expecting one attack and get something else.
