Well I’m not always confused. But Leavitt doesn’t always say logical things.

I’ll listen to explanation if you got one. Do you know what the victory is?

The American victory is that the Strait gets opened for a minute while we resupply and surge up.

The IRGC victory is that they get to bury the 48lbs. of their supreme leader they managed to find before the 40 day burial period so he wouldn't be considered a nameless traitor, unworthy of his 72 virgin goats in heaven. Now they can show up to honor him without getting blown up at the funeral.

Or can they,..I don't think those wicked joos signed up for this ceasefire.

Which is why Trump really needed to show that he was willing to go through with it this time

No, Trump already gained enough credibility that he followed through with threats. The regime knows this. Their propaganda speech, posts, interviews were hollow and bravado.

They knew Trump would cripple them, why? Because they are crippled, still dangerous to a certain degree but crippled.

Is it better than the alternative?

If the ceasefire leads to taking control of the uranium and eases tensions in the ME, would that be a victory?

Yeah, a timeout. Meaning TBD…

Getting the uranium physically removed from Iran would be a victory of sorts, though it would still be a bitter pill if we have to watch Iran collect tolls. If we get the uranium and they don't collect tolls then I'd be quite happy with that result. But these are all ifs.

Meanwhile, it looks like Israel is back to whacking targets in Gaza. I've seen a couple reports of a strike that killed ten or so.

Ok, I’ll say it. The biggest losers in all of this are the Iranian people. For weeks we’ve told them to wait and when the time comes take back their government. So now what? Are we just going to leave them at the mercy of the regime?

There are many reasons. 3 really big ones.

1. No Nukes
2. Hamstring China
3. Petrodollar

These are all true, and big reasons and all tied to the one really big obvious reason; energy (oil). Without that, middle eastern conflicts would get about as much attention as warring tribes in poor African nations.

People need to pay attention to what the ten point plan doesn’t say. There’s no mention of keeping nukes or funding/protecting their “partners” in the region. On its face this isn’t that far off from the Venezuela deal if you look at it. For example, they collect fees that will be used to rebuild. It doesn’t say where those fees will be held. If managed by a third party, this may be tenable.
