I've been called worse and I do not give a damn about that.

That is amazing, helos inside a big ole C 130 and landing relatively close to the airman.

And we will never declare war again.
It’s something that doesn’t get talked about, but even after the attacks of 9/11 we didn’t declare war. Even though we by all rights we could have.
If you declare war all insurance companies will by contract decline to cover any losses. Just call any domestic damages terror attacks and all is covered.

Sorry, but I'm done trying to fix your reading comprehension. If you want additional English lessons from me, you can pay me for them.

Why would they have to abandon the helos?
The Little Birds go inside the C-130 Hercules to get back home. The C-130s got stuck in the sand and could not go home, so the Little Bird Helos couldn't go home, either.
The aircraft that extracted the Soldiers are too small to carry the Little Bird.
Gutsy Call! POTUS Trump should be praised for making this Gutsy Call !

So that little copter can hold six men. Does it has any armaments besides those men?
The attack variant (AH-6) has mini guns and hydra rockets. The MH-6 is just for transport but has mounts for machine guns if they need them.

Ahh. See, I didnt know that. I just assumed they flew them in so they could fly them out.

Why no… I’ve never heard of TRIA… Or the federal program that created it after 9/11.
It was ultimately created to prevent insurance companies from simply putting acts of terror under the war exclusion in the future. This is for commercial interests, private home insurance covers terror but not war.

Well cool so it’s not automatic coverage everywhere

The important part is that it’s not automatic denial of coverage. You seem to be glossing over the war declaration thing.

Wars aren’t declared because Congress has to do it and the can’t agree on anything.
Absent a Pearl Harbor type event you will probably not see a declaration of war again.

You can declare war against an entity as much as a country.

It’s hard to declare war on Al queda, and they weren’t a state actor, they were dispersed across the globe. It was a terrorist network not a state actor.
Sort of like democrats who say antifa is an idea.

Okay name it.
I ask congress to declare that since the horrific attacks of September 11, 2001. A state of war has existed between the United States of America and the entity of Al-Qaeda.

Even with Pearl Harbor one senator voted against declaring war and it was the first woman elected to the house. Jeannette Rankin
