That guy's been reported dead or injured every day since this started. At this point the reports really need direct attribution to be considered valid. Musk might need to start tagging accounts that repeatedly pass bad info. Not necessarily ban them, just put a warning at the top of the page that any unverified info from the account is suspect.

I'm not blaming you for bringing it here. I'm just pointing out that the reports of Mojtaba Khameini's death have been greatly exaggerated. It's a twitter wide issue and it would be helpful to see an indicator of which accounts are historically unreliable at the top of the tweet. They could even provide a link to flagged tweets from that account for things like fake or misdated videos, grossly false reports, etc. That would help all of us know which sources are crap.
