I'm not a lawyer or a legal scholar. From what I've read on this message board, he appears to be saying that our government has been somehow coerced into acting in the interests of Israel instead of US interests. And he's saying those things repeatedly and publicly during a war. Feel free to correct me on any or all of those points.

Iran has said that the Council of Clerics was not meeting when the building was hit because it is forbidden by security procedure to meet in one place. They told this to a Qatari newspaper.

If true, how fricking dumb can you be doing construction like that in an active warzone?
I saw that and I don't believe it.

Our objectives are obviously more about depleting their military capabilities. I think we're leaving the regime change stuff up to Israel and the Iranian people

What’s the “why” - I’m having a very hard time agreeing with any of this and truly do not understand it. It just feels like another war in the ME that we have no reason to be apart of.
Why can’t the US stay out of the Middle East?

Marco Rubio kind of admitted that though. He said we knew Israel was about to attack Iran, so we had to join in to minimize casualties. In other words, Israel forced our hand.

So what? He's not allowed to question any military action that our country takes?

They may want to take a beat to get everyone on the same page. You have Marco implying yesterday that Israel forced our hand and Trump implying today that we forced Israel's hand. Regardless what the reality is, this is the problem with too much talking at once.

Nominating Duran Duran's 1993 hit Come Undone for lead track on the Ww3 playlist.
An all time classic.

An Iranian source told the pro-Qatari newspaper "Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed" that no meeting of the members of the Council of Wise Leaders was held during the Israeli attack - since there is a security circular according to which senior officials are prohibited from holding meetings in one place.

Sounds like an Israel and GCC problem, not ours. If they’re so concerned, they’ll handle the problem.
