Vance is the patsy asked to be front and center for anything that can go wrong because he is not a powerful or connected man and he couldn't say no because his poor white striver drive got the best of him when offered the VP position.

Trump and Bibi have known all along that the Iranian regime was not going to abide by any agreement. They know they must take the Strait of Hormuz. Trump has been playing them and preparing for what is coming. The Iranians think they are dealing with a president, but actually, they are dealing with the Godfather.

This just basically sounds like they confirmed the MOU exists. So essentially really nothing has changed.

There’s only 2 viable solutions:
Help the civilians take over province by province with the help of American air power
Or
Get back to the status quo before the war happened without losing too much face.
Either one of these is gonna be hard to do.
As long as the regime stays in power, they can force the insurance companies not to insure and thus no shipping happens.
All this BS would go away if there wasn’t any oil there.
