I'm giving it about 5 hours before there's a tweet about launching strikes and taking Kharg Island again. Then another 4 hours after that their will be a tweet cancelling the strikes and saying a deal is close.

They now know all they have to do is call their friends either in Pakistan or Qatar and they will call the WH to get any strikes stopped immediately. They are playing us for absolute fools and Trump keeps letting them get away with it.
If he wants to bitch about them not dealing in good faith and releasing a fake MOU, how about he gets ahead of it and releases the real one? Oh, because it probably does not exist just like the "sane" people he is talking to in the Islamic Republic.

We all know from Trump down that precise language doesn't really exist in this admin
Trump is going to say that we "destroyed" their "nuclear dust" no matter what actually happens to the uranium

There is no agreement with the Islamic Republic that is worth the paper it is written on or the bandwidth needed to send it.
Regime change is the only thing that will actually work.
Taking Kharg Island or the islands up at the top of the Strait would give the IRGC a major loss of face. Holding it until there is regime change would have an effect.

I'm not happy or unhappy. I agree with the premise that this is a war with global implications and, more importantly, is a matter of US national security. It's a war that the US has dominated so far, including the blockade. "Epic Fury" has further damaged Iran's nuclear ambition and their ability to project power. If the administration decides it needs to be a war of gradual attrition at present, why should I second guess that decision? I definitely have no expectation that I will be informed about the rationale for that decision, or otherwise given advance notice of future plans, via "messaging" or any other form of communication.
The fact that some people, like you, are impatient, or have their own ideas about how our goals should be accomplished, has no impact on my opinion. Many of them have as little information as I have, and they should also have no expectation of being informed about future plans. Many others never have and never will support anything Trump does, which means their rhetoric has no correlation to the success or failure of anything that Trump does.
