I can only assume that we would be the ones retrieving it with IAEA oversight on hand as it's dug up and then diluted. This is all in the instance that Iran actually agrees to this MOU to dilute their uranium, which would then open a 30-60 day window for actual negotiations to begin. I'm assuming that 30-60 day window isn't the timeframe that they expect to have it dug up and diluted, but Iran allowing the project to actually start peacefully would. Work would be ongoing while negotiating happens.
That is just my best guess.
On another note, it now appears that Trump has been stalling and making contradictory statements for the last several weeks because he didn't want to give away that we were sneaking tankers out in the middle of the night. He also kept from escalating too far in order to keep the attention away from the Strait as much as possible while we were working under the cover of night.
I hope they eventually tell us everything that was happening behind the scenes when this is all over

I truly believe there is no strike big enough to convince change over there and there is no party that would want to fix it over there unless other countries step in.

Well, you certainly won't get the Islamic Regime to change. they're in this until death. You have to hope that the IRGC gives up (lack of pay and being targeted). I think Trump and Co are wanting 2 things: break the financial backs of the regime, and get enough of the IRGC to drop arms that the regime feels naked and extremely exposed. After that, I don't know, I'm torn between 3 different scenarios. And of course I'm guessing about the whole thing.
