According to the Paris Peace Accords North Vietnam would essentially give up their will to invade the South. Based on the treaty that was signed it could kinda be considered a win. The US Senate never ratified the treaty. Nixon never bothered to ask them to.

I haven't seen any exact numbers of missiles or drones.
"Made it through" is somewhat of a subjective judgement. Even if the air defenses destroy a missile, there is still going to be shrapnel that his the ground somewhere.

He's truly lost his nerve.
His deal making in the business world consisted of 3 options.
1. Walk away
2. file bk
3. bury the other party in litigation
None of these will work and he's stuck and he knows it.
I see only one thing left-declare bridge and power plant day and mean it. Let them know we'll tun out the lights for years if we have too. Candle makers will be at a premium.
