The government's argument is probably that you can do that, but you just need to register under FARA. The Scott Ritter case will be an interesting test.

Nice whataboutism, chief. Not what this thread is about. Go melt in the Hunter tax fraud thread.
Actually this thread is whataboutism from you. The Hunter stuff is almost a decade old.
Now do you think a sitting vice President selling influence is more serious than some dude talking about high prices on YouTube?
I’m also reminding you that in the link you provided in another thread stated tim would have made these videos anyway. So Russians paid for content that was already being put out.
Unless your argument is that people wanting secure borders and lower gas prices is a Russian psyop and no one actually wants those things.

Would you feel this way if The Young Turks were vulgarly dissing Trump.

TimCast that has nothing to do with Tenet Media.
Bro Tim licensed his content to be hosted on Tenet Media and was on their frickin website.

Commentator-2's contract, which was between Commentator-2's

In exchange for a fee of $100,000 per video, Commentator-2's production company granted U.S. Company-I "a non-exclusive, non transferable ... license, during the applicable License Term, to display, transmit, and distribute the Licensed Content."
The entire indictment is a lie and totally made up? Is that your take?

Hahahaha you know exactly what you’re doing bitch. Trying to spin a non story in regards to everyone you listed minus some girl no one has heard of and it will blow up in your face just like every other Russia, Russia, Russia angle you groomers try and push. You still believe Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation like a good little sheep.

Before Trump FARA violations were rarely if ever pursued by the DOJ.
Now they are all the rage.

I would have the same take.

Just checking my translation here...
The content of the podcast had views that "amplified domestic divisions in the United States"
... and the USA being divided, is a goal and benefit to Russia
... so anything that encourages division -- such as debate, discourse, or general disagreement -- is considered a Russian influence campaign?

Question: Are you okay with influencers taking money from foreign countries with the explicit goal of influencing our elections and policy?
You think all that democrat money going going to the MSM to do the very same thing is squeaky clean?

Did Tim say he was Commentator 2?
Could be Dave Rubin or any of the other media personalities.

That's my problem with it. A guy like Manafort is surely no angel, but there are probably 5,000 Manaforts in D.C., most of whom nothing happens to -- enforcement on these things is totally selective.

Only if you're MAGA or conservative.
Podesta and Hunter Biden blatantly violated FARA and nothing.

I bet you any money the FBI could link Soros to any number of media ops, but they won't because they are enforcement for the DNC.

Will be fun to bump this once a month when nothing comes of it and OP realizes she’s been manipulated yet again

What's funny is during the DOJ press conference they mentioned nefarious Iranian influence on the Trump campaign. I guess they felt like they had to be fair and balanced.

The sad fact is that we have been lied to before about this. By those making the accusations. I don’t follow any of these people, but know enough that they probably called out these lies. That makes it an inherently gray situation that, unfortunately can’t stop a conversation once your question is answered.

Indict yourself then DOJ. There is a reason their actions against Trump have been labeled as unprecedented, because it would cause division. They have made the dammed for division products incredibly high

You are close...
Any speech the OP or his ilk disagree with is "hate" and "Russian Disinformation". Forget all the lies that are told daily by their ilk in the media, including all the lies about previous disinformation.
This thread is simply spiking the ball on the OP's domestic enemies. They are so close to censoring their opposition they can taste it. Just wait until more people are jailed for disagreeing with groomers like the OP. His excitement will balloon with daily threads bragging about who they will fleece and jail next. It is how authoritarians work.
