After watching it over and over, I think that's the best conclusion. Sorry for being contrarian. I was grumpy because we were told initially that Good had attacked multiple agents by trying to ram them while they were digging a vehicle out of the snow.

As I have said over and over, I thought it was a justified shooting because the agent reasonably feared for his life.

The pesky questions about whether the order to get out of the car was lawful related to the issue of whether the agent would succeed in evading Minnesota prosecution. When trying to detain Good, was the shooting agent involved in one of his duties as a federal officer?
