True, I need morons like you and Maxine Watters to remind me that it was an "armed insurrection".
Why was the driver a terrorist and they weren't was my question.
But you answered it. Thanks for proving my point.

A moral logical question is “if she wasn’t trying to impede the flow of traffic, why did she park at all? Let alone park sideways.”

I think most people using reason and good faith can drawing a line for all the different situations.

For example, can we agree not ok to kill someone if they are threatening to break my pinky?

Is ok to kill someone to stop them from raping me?

Is it ok to kill someone for not providing a drivers license? Is it ok to kill someone passed out driving in a moving car? Is it ok to kill someone fleeing an arrest? It is ok to kill someone fleeing an arrest and whether or not i shoot them will make no difference to my own safety?

Driver Runs Over Officer Multiple Times in Hotel Parking Lot Rampage — Plymouth Township — Oct. 2025

Dalton Lee Janiczek, 21, of Lower Gwynedd, driving a white Mercedes G-Wagon linked to erratic driving on I-476 and threats to blow up a police station, reversed into a Plymouth Township patrol car multiple times in the DoubleTree Suites parking lot on Oct. 24, 2025.

The officer exited, drew his gun, and ordered Janiczek to stop; Janiczek accelerated at him, prompting 5 shots through the windshield (grazing Janiczek’s head).

Janiczek struck the officer down, then circled back to run him over three more times as he applied a tourniquet to severe leg injuries.

Janiczek fled, hit another police vehicle head-on (injuring a seco
nd officer), and was arrested.

Charged with two counts attempted murder of LEO, four aggravated assaults, fleeing/eluding; held without bail.

In this post, Our new friend, 13 argues that if you’re going to be hit by a car, your best case of action from a moral standpoint is just wait and see if you survive.

apparently anything less makes you a Pharisee!!

did the shooting save his life or did him getting out of the way save his life?

honestly, in your opinion, what good did the shooting do to protect himself? If he had not shot her you think he would have been hit?
Given her reckless indifference to all pedestrians in icy conditions, do you agree she was a menace/danger to more than just the shooting officer?

what logical fallacy is that? I think it's the strawman logical fallacy. You arguing against something I didn't say because that's the only way you can make a point.

cheers!

Yes, I think when the car started moving and he was in front of it he had reason to believe he was facing serious injury.

That’s correct and all the analysis necessary.

I know the next question, and, it's why I brought up the point of a passed out driver. If a car with a passed out driver is in close quarters heading towards a cop, is he right to shoot to kill the passed out driver?

Clearly irrelevant.

She doesn’t really think that. She’s starting from the standpoint that the police officers were wrong and thus everything that happened that they did is bad.

That’s why her moral argument sound retarded. They aren’t coming from an actual moral framework. They’re coming from her emotions.

I say her because she’s arguing like a woman. And she’s a little verbose.

Your posting is just endless shell games, obfuscation and denial.

“Prove she was impeding traffic.”

“Here’s video of her parked sideways in traffic for three minutes.”

“The city doesn’t fall because she’s parked sideways.”

“Prove she was trying to obstruct the operation.”

“Here’s a woman who said she’d been doing it all morning.”

“Nuh uh.”

I can only assume that you want people to be as tortured in having to converse with you as you are tortured by having to live with yourself.

Don't you hate it when someone asks you to prove your point. Why can't they just take your word for it.

Except he didn't shoot when he was about to be hit. He murdered her after the car may have grazed him. There is still nothing showing he was hit. Even this video, he makes no sounds like he was actually hit or in danger. He is just some stupid trigger happy agent who wanted to kill someone and did so. And sadly the right is all celebrating the murdering of a US citizen by masked agents because he is on their "team". It is sad and pathetic.

you're being kind. I thought her moral argument sounds retarded just because she is retarded.
