-The Egyptian and muslim brotherhood meltdown

-Iraq spun out of control

-No progress made in Afghanistan

-Failure to curb spread of radical Islam into Northern Africa

-Traded five terrorists for a traitor

-Hundreds of millions of cash overnight to Iran

-ISIS and the meddling causing the fall of Syria

-meddling and killing of Gadhafi, sending Lybia into a war zone

-Ukraine invaded by Russian troops

- Benghazi. Listing this separately from Lybia because it was just that big of a disaster.

When you list all of these which are not partisan but events that happened regardless of how you want to spin them, he had to be one of the worst presidents ever. This also doesn't include further spiraling of relations with North Korea, perceived worsening of relations with Israel, and the weak stance towards China and their growing aggression in the South China sea.

He had a real disadvantage though, only president coming at the office from a position of extreme hatred of the country.

That puts a ceiling on your results.

Which is amazing all the Obama people came on last night and said how horrible Trump has been at foreign policy. Trump's been our greatest foreign policy president in generations.

GWB starting the Iraq War is by far the worst FP move since the fall of the USSR. The Afghan War and the Iraq War are what allowed Iran to begin to realize its extraterritorial ambitions, as both neighbors were antagonistic to Iran. Without that immediate threat, two long-term, extremely difficult objectives of the Iranians were satisfied with the Iranians doing very little work. That set the groundwork for Iranian special operations for the past 15 years. The Iraq War also provided a theater in which Iranian military doctrine was sharpened. It was so great a disaster that you cannot include anything that happened after it without acknowledging the role the Iraq War played.

This was almost assured of happening since the 80's. Again, the Bush-Saudi axis ensured this. What else can anyone expect when you work with Wahhabis?

This reply is so dumb I know it won’t matter responding, but:
Bush II
LBJ
Kennedy
Wilson

All had much, much worse foreign policies. And it’s not even debatable.

What did you expect from a Kenyan. At least he didn't wear a loin cloth and have a bone in his nose.

Kennedy was before my time but the Cuban Missile Crises seemed like a win from what I was taught in school.

Also, from what I hear; he would have been more Republican than Democrat by today's standards. Not that that actually matters when talking about the worst because party does not define incompetence but it's close.

Best? I mean, Cuba was a good idea and everything but it’s inconsequential from a strategic geopolitical standpoint.

Being a total vajajay is the worst foreign policy and Obama and Carter were the the biggest vajajays ever.

I dont hate Obama but his foreign policy was the worst. I don’t like Trump but he’s dead nuts on with foreign policy.
