All this volume of stuff will work its way through the courts all the way to SCOTUS. That is the intent of Trump and the intent of the states, special interests, unions etc. SCOTUS will decide what power the Executive has to administer to the Executive Branch.

Running multiple cases through the SC takes far too long.

Yeah. This is simply an attempt to slow down the Blitzkrieg.

Ignore it and keep going.

I’m waiting until SFP chimes in before I give an opinion

If he stays out of the thread entirely I’ll know it’s bad

So the chief executive of the US government, the President, can't access data in an executive branch agency because......reasons?
Trump should just grant pardons from today until 2028 for Elon and all Doge employees and let them continue with their read-only access audits. Play by their rules.

Unfortunately you are not right. It is pervasive. So far I’ve read courts have stopped the Trump administration at least temporarily with HWB, Obama, Trump, and Biden judges.

Bannon and Bongino both have said this is going to happen en perpetuity. Trump can’t win in district or appellate federal courts in Washington, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. All to go to Supreme Court. Not sure how that will shake out.

Not good for our country.

Blitzkreig is the perfect term for it. Being in such a rush gives the appearance that it’s not entirely legal.

If it’s all legal then the law will support it.

You think the law doesn’t support the Secretary of Treasury looking at Treasury systems and payments?

Get. The. frick. Out.

Checks and balances.

Executive branch can just call bullshite on this low tier Judicial branch decision and let the Legislative branch decide if Trump should be impeached.

Good luck Judge. Hope they shoot his name to the top of the list looking for suspicious payments.
