I opened that document they posted in photoshop and it had layers like any other photoshop document...

What I never understood about his fake birth certificate is this: Why did they do such a horrible job on the thing? It is as if they decided to screw up every aspect of the forgery they could think up.
Wrong fonts, a scanned image having layers? and a hundred other things. Crazy so many things were fricked up on the forgery!
