You're seeing the sort if thinking come to light that has let the philosophical predecessors of democrats use gulags, concentration camps, and mass graves in the 20th century. It is the responsibility of all civilized men and women to show up in November and vote against them.

So, he is proposing we ditch our well established rule of law in favor of something like the Soviet system of accusation equals guilt (unless you are both well-connected AND have the right ideology)?

Good to know.

This statement proves that whomever wrote this has no business teaching the law.

This is what we are fighting against.

By this standard, shouldn’t Keith Ellison be thrown off the ballot in Minnesota?

My man Keith is black. It’s well known that it is acceptable within the black community for a man to beat his ol lady to keep her in line.

You know what’s even more frightening than this POV?

The fact that this woman teaches LAW.

Man, does this open a huge can of worms.

It's been open.

They tried with Trump but no one was stopping that freight train.

They were successful with Moore in Alabama.

They are trying again with Kavanaugh.

Expect this to be the norm.

In biblical terms, this could be a sign of the end of times. Though we know no day or time, certain scriptures say that it will be when things we once knew were right, are now wrong.

This is the sore loser lefties' rationale so they can still treat an innocent man they accused of being guilty like he is guilty when they have no evidence that he is guilty.

Just accuse him of being guilty then punish him for being innocent.

Yep. Liberalism is dead, progressivism has taken over the Democrat party.

Just in case: In NYT, law professor argues Ford allegation against Kavanaugh doesn't have to actually be true to disqualify him for SCOTUS. 'Credible' is good enough. 'The existence of credible allegations against Judge Kavanaugh should be disqualifying

Google says she's Chris Hayes wife. Explains a lot.

The next Democratic nominated Justice, He/She/Zi/Them/They touched my penis but I don't know when or where. That will take care of that.

I'm sitting here trying to figure out how in ANY world, something can be simultaneously NOT true, AND credible?

While I'm not surprised these people are thinking this type of thing, I am surprised an actual law professor would put this in writing for the world to see.

Most people don't like to leave evidence of their insanity.

Further evidence of progressivism's continued slide from objectivism into subjectivism.

Teacher: The test directions were to draw a square. You drew a circle. You failed.

Student: I did draw a square.

Teacher: No, it's clearly a circle.

Student: Well, I think it's a square. That should be good enough.

We've seen this same pattern in other areas of progressivism.

So if judge k withdrawals and trump appoints anybody else, say the other judge k, this law professor would say the same thing
