Just in case: In NYT, law professor argues Ford allegation against Kavanaugh doesn't have to actually be true to disqualify him for SCOTUS. 'Credible' is good enough. 'The existence of credible allegations against Judge Kavanaugh should be disqualifying

By this standard, shouldn’t Keith Ellison be thrown off the ballot in Minnesota?

Yep, just pointing out the blatant hypocracy between unsustained allegations from 35 years ago and medical records and texts showing abuse recently.

The left are moving further and further away from morality and reality. It won’t be long until a real civil war starts to end their tyranny.

BS!
Even if every single word were true, preadult behavior does not and would not disqualify him for SCOTUS.

However, lying under oath about it would be disqualifying.

That professor used to babysit me. When I was 6 she molested me. I don't remember where or when, but I know I was 6 and I know she molested me.

Throw. Her. In. Jail.

That's the standard now, right?

I said it last night, how badly do they think this bitch is gonna perform under oath (if she even does testify) that they’re putting forward standards like this?

That's an absurd editorial.

Anyone can be accused of anything. 'Credible' is subjective.

This is straight up theater at this point.

This completely reeks of desperation, and some of the comments to this article just about made my head explode. Notice how all of the "NYT Picks" comments are anti-Kavanaugh.

This law professor should be fired immediately

I really hope the Republicans start using this standard against the left from now on and cite Gilibrand when they do it.

I'm wishing more people would get indignant about this stuff but as long as the economy is humming people will be complacent.

I normally laugh this off as message board fodder but after reading this article I know that the left will do anything to get their way. They just planted the seed that you don't have to be proven to have done anything wrong, just accused. They will keep watering this seed until they ruin anyone in their way. That is very dangerous for our country and at some point it will have to be stopped and words will not stop it.
