Total grounds for lawsuit which would cause a delay for seating Peltola if Sullivan loses. She’d have a ton of pressure to resign. She’d probably also face civil and criminal charges personally as well.
If she had any integrity, she’d drop out now.

Maybe for early voting, but election day is not here and a lawsuit is in place to challenge the results is the real Dan Sullivan loses, especially by a close margin. This revelation (not shocking) will add substance.
