The story that has been circulating for years and years now is that they didn't necessarily "crash" per se, but we actually brought them down with our radar systems. They supposedly eventually took steps to stop that from happening, but before they had we had retrieved several of their craft. I think Lazar said we have like 9 of them.

Military spending millions investigating its own secret technology. The tic-tacs are drones. Every now and then they will show up in Military Operating Areas (MOA’s) during exercises and test our sensor technology on aircraft. Of course the pilots and technicians involved have no idea it’s our own machines. This is next level black money stuff and what Area 51 has really been hiding all these years. Ever since the B2 Stealth Bomber, F-117 Stealth Fighter, and scramjets we have had no major disclosures about technology advancements. It’s been over 20 years.
They have been cooking up something so advanced we can’t let the Russians or Chinese get wind of it. Like I’ve said before, these random “explosions” in Iran are not a coincidence. We have been taking out strategic targets disguised as sabotage or cyberattacks.

Man you're delusional if you don't think UFO's from other planets are flying around Earth. There's way too much proof and the technology is far too advanced for any of this to be man made.

I want to believe, but I know there's no way it would have been kept secret for 70 years. Impossible.
Also, unless the aliens are flying in on generational ships, they are bound by the speed of light which makes travelling between stars very hard and arduous. The closest star to us is 4.2 light years away. It would take the Voyager spacecraft 70,000 years to travel 4 light years. Let's say the aliens can travel at 99% the speed of light. If so, any piece of space dust will tear the ship apart. I think people forget about that aspect of it -- space is not a void, there is debris, dust, asteroids, meteors, etc.
I have no doubt that there are intelligent civilizations out there, though. I think they're very rare, but I'd bet there's at least a handful in this galaxy (and more if you factor in the 1 trillion known galaxies).
The Kepler space telescope discovered many thousands of exoplanets around other stars. Astronomers now say that EVERY star has at least one planet, with most stars having multiple planets (like us). When James Webb launches, we will be able to discover earth sized planets. Astronomers estimate right now that there are about 30 billion earths in this galaxy alone. If we say life has a 1 in a billion chance of starting on a warm, wet planet, then that's 30 civilizations in our galaxy. (And I think that's about right. I would bet we're talking dozens of civilizations, not thousands or millions. I think intelligent life is rare).

Are they? Is the speed of light still considered the limiting factor? Admittedly, it’s been 20+ years since I’ve read anything on it. Even back then space warping or dimensional traversing were being worked over pretty hard. I don’t know, but it’s a fantastic discussion

No I absolutely agree and I think the tech for these tic-tacs are reverse engineered from them. However I don’t believe we have established relationships with an alien race or anything wild like that. My belief is that they just observe and report but never interfere. Very similar to how we treat many uncontacted tribes.

I disagree with this. If people knew what our military had at any time in last 50 years they would think it was too far advanced. Add to it China and Russia have caught up adding greatly to the confusion because our own military may not know who it belongs too.
Also, there is no "too much proof".
