re: NY election system can’t tell if Mandami actually won.

The main voting station in Philly was one large room, surrounded by wall to wall windows. The tables / election officials were seated in the middle of the room. There was not one Republican monitor in the room. They were forced to watch the vote counting from outside, looking in through the windows. Shown on a video, Democratic vote counters took large sheets of plywood & covered every window, to the extent nothing could be viewed from the outside.

Going into the election he was leading most polls by double digits
