Very possible Chinese could have done it.. either way, us and the Israelis did it to the Iranian nuclear site. So i have no doubt it could be done to North Korea's missiles.

US probably has Intel the nuke test is about to happen hence calling the meeting and pulling Pence from the region.

North Korea lacks delivery systems for whichever warhead they may or may not produce. When I lived in the ROK in 09 and 10, they failed satellite launches every six months. The Chinese have invisible thumbs all over the NKs as far as real capabilities go. Evidenced by the sinking of ROK corvette in '10 not turning into a real shite show.
