Does anyone actually believe this? I can't say it's false, but there has been a recent surge in cases all over the globe as we enter the fall with cooler conditions that favor viral transmission. These numbers are expected to continue to grow in the coming weeks to months. Yet, the Chinese have all but eradicated it?

The only way this is true is if they deliberately released the virus on the world, with the United States as their main target, in an attempt to effect political and economic change to their benefit. They would have known about this virus, how to stop it, and how to effectively treat it beforehand.
