I bet there is some loophole about having small children, like regular people with small children don't work.

There is. Anyone with children under 18 which is bullshite. A 14 year old can stay home alone easily.

And they should be in school much more than 80 hours per month.

The US has stage 4 cancer and it's going to take cutting(violence) or a fricking miracle to save it.

He's right. We don't want to help anymore. A person who is able bodied and refuses to work should not receive assistance.

All of them appear fully capable of working. Put hunger back in the equation. They'll work.

They can do the jobs the illeagals were doing before Homan deported them.

We need the Service Merchandise model to prevent shoplifting. These people can get a job working in the back.

Better perform PM on the Scoops so they're ready and in tippy top shape.

Why hasn’t this always been a requirement? I’m shocked at the number of people getting these benefits, and claiming their kids are going to go hungry without them. Based on the ones I’ve seen complaining, can’t speak for their kids but they themselves clearly aren’t going hungry.

"no shame"

Shame was our tool to keep making mostly correct choices.

Democrats over-emphasis on compassion has ruined that for a couple of generations now. Everyone has to be taken care of. Everyone is special. Everyone is suffering. Blah Blah blah.

And of course, trying to go against that it's just so easy to paint the "a-hole" picture and get through voting to influence real change. It's just hard.

Is it bad that I want to see these people actively starve in the streets when they demonstrate such perverse entitlement like they are?

If I don't pay my taxes, (which the IRS would gleefully seize at the point of a gun, sell off all of my assets and throw me in prison if convicted of evading paying), then all of their "free" money goes away.

Hope this is true.

Honestly surprised it’s only 80 hours/ month.

Give them the option to go on work details to meet their 80 hour requirements. There is litter all over this country so send them out to clean up all that garbage. Start there.

THESE PEOPLE CAN LEGALLY VOTE

And it's a mystery to all of why this is a thing.

If you're on public assistance, your voting privileges should be temporarily suspended until it's proven that you're self-sufficient.

IDGAF whose feelings that hurts.

Around 2005 my wife taught in an elementary school in Bossier City. She was working with a 8 year old who was having issues with math. At one point he asked her, "Why do I need math?". My wife told him so that he could get a good job when he gets older. His next words were that saddest thing I've ever heard. "I don't need a job. I'm going to stay home and get a government check like my mamma." At 8, he didn't have any ambition beyond that.
