NOT saying the Beirut explosion was a bomb, but if is was, it COULD have been on a ship

A ship could easily contain one or more MOAB class bombs. Some 'before' photos show the large ship with it's stern near the apparent explosion point.

Or it COULD have been a warehouse full of explosive material in the port complex.

And a large bomb could have ignited it.

The knee-jerk insistence that it was absolutely an accident is suspect on it's face.

Equally plausible in that region.

There is a photo of fire fighters and security trying to open the door to the warehouse with a fire inside.

The ammonium nitrate (same stuff that took down Oklahoma federal building) went boom.....

Since this IS 2020, considering all that has happened so far, this is also equally plausible.

Seems to me it is far more plausible to believe it was weapons in a port in Beirut than it was a 2,700 ton pile of explosive material sitting right next to a fireworks factory.

Far more plausible.

Or, a bunch of idiots stored fireworks next to ammonium nitrate storage.

Negative

An ammunition dump doesn't all explode at once. It looks like this

If it was an weapons cache there was likely a bomb introduced. They had the intention of blowing it sky high, not letting it burn down. It would actually explain why you saw the fire first with "sounds like fireworks" (rounds cooking off). Imo, someone started a fire inside a warehouse that stored weapons and placed the bomb or whatever at the other end of the warehouse from where they started the fire.

Smoke rises and rounds cook off. When the fire reaches the other side, kaboom.

And the first explosive cloud we see from the explosion is water, not solid material.

Then that leaves a warehouse full of seized ammonium nitrate or aliens.

I'm leaning toward aliens.

I have my doubts about that photo being legit. They never would have found that phone or the reporter if he was standing at that door when the explosion happened.
