Funny you ask that...BamaAtl has no problem with the CDC treating gun ownership as a mental illness.

I can’t see it going any other way than some type of class action lawsuit against the cdc and government for lack of revenue in all rentals. Someone will take it on to make a lot of money.

It may be reasonable to think that larger banks and larger funds are the ones pushing for it themselves . They have been raising money just for purchases and foreclosures . You add in larger entities that have commercial properties and it’s game on

The death rate is still 8-10 times less than in January...

This Delta BS is way over rated!

Goddamnit

I just convinced my one remaining holdout to skip this weekend. Now I’m stuck with him.

Its not the landlord's responsibility to ensure deadbeats survive after they leave. I guess now you can sue the doctor if you get hurt going home from the DR office.

No. Emory College but he/she only survives by govt grants. Therefore, anything the govt wants, he/she goes along with.

They definitely do not. But when people just comply with illegal, unconstitutional, unjust laws, then they do.

And yet a 50 year old man who thinks he's a 12 year old girl every other Tuesday is a normie.

Does it provide protection for the landlords from the banks?

It's not supposed to. The plan is for the banks to seize (foreclose) from the landlords, then next time there's a financial crisis, the "too big to fail" banks get bailed out by the government. The government will eventually be the biggest landlord in this country.
