I think Washington was actually wealthier after the presidency, but both Jefferson and Adams died in debt. The modern era of ex presidents getting rich through personal appearances and speaking engagements is insane, but Trump is still richer than any of those guys. It’s worth remembering that 1 billion dollars is a thousand million dollars, and I believe Trump is worth a few billion

Isn't that on him? Everyone who owned hotel and entertainment as the majority of their portfolio saw losses due to COVID because some dumbass thought it'd be a great idea to shut down the country.

I should think more highly of him because he has a shitty balance on his portfolio? Please tell me you aren't that retarded.

Absolutely, I stand with all conservatives. President Trump stands with all Americans. As far as my opinion of Ron DeSantis? He's a great govenor, but I just don't think he's ready for prime time. What do we need now to clean out the mess in Washington? A fierce warrior.

At any point, President Trump could have thrown in the towel, climbed on his Trump Jet, and flown off to wherever. But instead he stayed and fought.

So now the bloodsucking leeches are draining him dry of his assets, attempting to confiscate his property, under the pretense of some made-up 'fraud' charges. Still he fights on.

Ron DeSantis will make a great President someday, but not now.

Is Donald Trump brutal? Absolutely. If you're going to swim with the sharks and defeat them you'd better have a pair.

.......please be joking.......

I can't understand people like you, whether you like or dislike Trump, how can you deny his sincere desire to make America better?
Has any other candidate been unjustly persecuted for years? I can't even guess how much money it has cost him to fight the weaponized federal government on several fronts. He could have given up, the fact he hasn't demonstrates his fortitude.
The hate the federal establishment has towards him tells you how threatened they are which says all that needs to be said.

Biden shut down the country, Trump left it up to each state to decide for themselves which was the more constitutional way to do it.
You calling Trump a dumbass is comical. Trump runs an empire and is running for president while fighting the US federal government on several fronts while you frick off on a discussion board calling a great man a dumbass.
You would have to stand on your mothers shoulders to kiss Trumps arse son.

Oh please stop with this revisionist bullshite. Trump excoriated governors who didn't shut their shite down and told Americans to stay home while in lockstep with Fauci. Your head is so far up Trump's arse you can smell what he had for breakfast.

Great man my arse, dude inherited his fricking wealth from his daddy and still couldn't make more than a mutual fund pegged to the 500 index.

He will not end his life in financial ruin. He will not spend a night in prison. If you really believe Trump seriously faces either of these, then you’re as brainwashed as the eco-communists.

How is he going to avoid it? The Supreme Court?

Sorry, I’d suggest a corrupt federal judiciary is a legitimate threat.

Trump is doing everything he can to provoke a judge to send him to jail so he can claim super-martyr status.

Give us a name.

Here is a list of names from one small period of time and just from Desoto and EBR parishes and they are just the ones that lost all, not the much larger list of ones that risk it all:

I doubt that, if the founding fathers were alive today, they’d spend time singing the praises of Gavin Newsome or printing and selling Pokémon Cards with their heads superimposed on the bodies of cartoon characters. I get the impression the founding fathers were serious people, not Don Rickles knock-offs.
