Projection is a reflex to liberals.

I especially enjoyed the Hillary camp attacking Trump on sexual impropriety throughout the campaign. Now, it's collusion with foreigners to sway an election.

The double standards are thicker than cold grits.

Way to Go Nike and Kapernick.....I will buy me some Nike gear this year....

Trump disrespects the Khan family who son died in combat, makes a mindless calls to a grieving widow, and disrespects John McCain.....

But that's not offensive, but a player who kneels in protest because of police brutality and a screwed up justice system is offensive.

I'm surprise we haven't seen any legislature that benefit veterans since all you people so called care about them.

How do you expect anyone to take you serious?

Last time I checked, boycotting a company/org/event was SOP for libs, so why are they boo-hooing conservatives doing the same thing about a topic that they're passionate about?

Seems like there's a little goose-gander inequality going on....

But no is is shocked at liberal hypocrisy.

You snowflakes sure are taking it personal about Nike and Kapernick.

Well to be fair, they have a way to go before they catch up to leftists who demand a boycott of every company that even slight looks like they might have position they disagree with (In and Out), or a person associated with that company (chik-fil-a).

So until it approaches leftist proportions, I will cut them some slack. But you take your pyrrhic victories where you can.

I see your point, but wake me up when there's some well funded marketing campaign brewing online, or some protesters with professional looking signs marching around outside of Nike, and accusing them of vile social transgressions such as racism, sexism, etc...

I think the blowback the OP is getting has more to do with comparing kneeling to Trump hitting back when attacked. It's a laughable comparison.

You seem to want to speak for everybody. I'll choose to speak for myself. I said the things mentioned above were offensive. At the time, the McCain stuff seemed petty. Not so much now. Vets should be taken care of...whether its a physical injury or PTSD. As for Colin K, I'm a vet that has continually defended his right to protest and I have stated that there are policing concerns in general and that those concerns are amplified in our black communities. I used to watch the NFL quite a bit. Now, its just the Saints. Lastly, I've been told that my money doesn't matter and that protesting the NFL isn't working. Their numbers are down solely due to cord cutting. Okay, in the very least, my Sundays afternoons are now freed up. Nike will have no such excuse. Let's see if their sales, after a short uptick due to sky screamers buying stuff, stays strong. I predict a HUGE fall off by the end of the year. Alienating a large portion of your customer base is just a poor business decision imo. Ask the Red Hen AND the surrounding area about their sales.
Just my .02

TLDR
Protest = cool
NO more Nike for me

Nike is up 50% in the last year. A bunch of rednecks that didn’t buy Nike in the first place aren’t derailing that train.
