These people come from cultures where fraud is part of life, they have no conscience when it comes to money.
I worked for a company owned by some Taiwanese one time, they were all crooked as hell.

I've seen some of these places in Flushing, but they were generally near a nursing home so never thought much about it. Chinese have tongs and Korean aren't known for mafias, but our government isn't known for efficiency and dems kind of lay money out there on a silver platter.

There's so much legal fraud in Healthcare.
I'm (my insurance) is billed$4,000 a month to rent this machine. I can buy one on ebay for $1000. I can't use one i bought because they are proprietary.
