frick Jerry Lewis. When I was a kid that was always one comeback people had one me "Shut up Jerry's kid!" and that shite use to piss me off. How fricking arrogant was that frick to label all kids with MD as "Jerry's kids"?

That drop includes all of the KC fans that would otherwise be in the stands. Not a huge factor but that’s 50k extra people available to watch on tv

How many of those viewers thought I’ll give it a shot and then turned it off when almost immediately they started their BLM indoctrination?

He wouldn't have been counted anyway since he was watching via antenna, but hubby tried as he is desperate to watch sports again. The announcers were the worst part of it all. He flipped to a different channel until they actually started playing, and then resorted to the mute button to just watch (that's primarily how he's been watching MLB - they aren't nearly as preachy, but are somehow extra irritating to listen to without fans). By halftime, he was watching Netflix.

They keep on trying to conjur “new normal” into reality.

There’s nothing normal about it, and it will fail. We will go back to the way things were.

Roger the Jackass should be indebted to the police. I'm 100% sure the only reason he left New Orleans alive on multie occasions was due to his police escorts.

That's a 16% drop in the 18-49 demo. What about the drop in the 50+ demo?

The NFL is reconfiguring the way they will report viewership. Don't know if the advertisers will pay attention to that but the NFL will go into full spin mode quickly. They're assigning a certain amount of people to each barroom as an example. They will report an INCREASE of viewership soon. It's all a LIE, just like the BLM narrative. Made up lies.

The Corporate Leaders have lost focus of building shareholder equity (the true purpose of any business) and living in echo chambers have gone all in on virtue signaling.

The corporate leaders have bought the argument being thrown at them by Millenial PR types and management consultants that the Woke Generation is the inevitable future, and so their asses must be kissed at every opportunity to continue future profits. Further, that this should be done to the extent that even if they lose money NOW from older whites at that are providing revenue NOW, if they don't kiss BLM and Antifa arse, those future profits will disappear. There seems to be this implicit acceptance that none of the current Woke will turn conservative as they get older.

Corporate America is, to put it bluntly, placing all their chips on the "Marxism will win" bet.

I hope they are all forced to use their college educations to make a living, which would hit them hard since most players leave early and don't finish

Before the game, we were informed that this was the only demographic that mattered.

Right.

Those ratings are because of the currvid.

That excuse won't hold up after CV19 has passed and ratings continue to plummet.
