Cows eat grass. Grass grows and has carbon dioxide uptake which is stored underground. Cows crap. The manure enriches the soil and grows more grass. Grass eventually becomes more soil. Pretty sustainable. People grow corn to fatten cows. That is somehow bad but if same corn is fed to fat kids or made into ethanol that is good. Cows bad.
Letitia prefers concrete and brick development of land cows once grazed upon. Good place for illegal aliens to live. Letitia apparently does not like real milk, cheese, ice cream (except for Joe's) and yogurt. Leather is apparently bad too even though it outlasts synthetics being less brittle.
