Anyone claiming Pretti was murdered at this point should be discounted.
I don't think the prior video bears on the incident itself. It does show that Pretti was engaging in a course of irrational, unhinged behavior in the weeks prior and that state of mind probably led him to interfere with law enforcement while armed, leading to a cascade of errors/misperceptions/etc. on both sides of this shoot.
