No, sane people know how things work. You can obsess over what should have happened, or split hairs on what is legal or not. But the guy died in a scrum of people for an idiotic cause.
He was obviously violent and inserting himself into multiple illegal confrontations with law enforcement.
No one will go to jail over it, regardless of the hand-wringing.
There are plenty of "legal" things I can do that will get me killed.

He was behaving psychotically both days. Anyone who saw him for more than 5 minutes screaming and cursing and flipping federal agents off would know that he was unhinged.
Then he has a loaded gun and reaches for it in the middle of a physical altercation? And the gun discharges? Game over at least 9 out of 10 times.

No one is saying that but you. Amusing to me is that all was cool with the crowd of protestors while he was spitting on agents and kicking a taillight completely. As soon as the agent got out, you get instant horns, whistles, and screaming and screeching from the usual crowd.

Sane people understand how it's supposed to work. Wise people understand how this guy's actions made the right outcome a less likely outcome. He should still be on jail for his violence shown in this video. He could have been saved from himself but I guess we wanted to give him room to riot.

He was shot and killed because an officer, in a different incident, thought there was a gun (right or wrong), thought he and/or other officers were in danger (right or wrong) and shot him as a result.

just shows the “just a nurse buying donuts in the wrong place at the wrong time” narrative was a farce
he was there purposely looking to harass ICE agents. he knowingly brought his weapon. he knowingly fought back while being detained knowing he had a weapon.
