New quantum leap

I liked the original show but they launched the new one yesterday. Asian main character, woman as his costar "Al", Asian chick, black guy, and queer that they were trying to make look transexual.
They took a perfectly good show with TWO frickING CHARACTERS and turned it into Woke Leap

The worst thing is it after the show is canceled in the first season 10 years from now you’ll be wanting to watch quantum leap on Netflix and it will be this bullshite instead and you’ll be disappointed. Eg Red Dawn

Brayden protests, but Jessica is incensed, and rages at her girlfriend after she gets home, about how the white patriarchy is so entitled at such a young age. Why, they want to preserve their own, superior creations?! The audacity!
This is the Left. I'm not saying only white people create anything of worth, but when we do, it's fair game to be redistributed, "reimagined" (a word for stupid people), and destroyed (see also: Western Civilization).

Disappointing. I love the original show and when I saw the highlights for the new one, I was afraid it was going to be be a woke show.

This goes back to the newest concept that acceptable Western culture has embraced which is if young people don't see their exact demographic represented in media, sports, academia, politics, etc, then there's no way they could ever be inspired to go into, or excel, in these fields. You know how many white kids I grew up with that wanted to be Michael Jordan or Jerry Rice or Frank Thomas?
The whole premise is just an easy excuse to brainwash kids, and society as a whole, that identitarianism is the only metric by which you can judge anything.
ETA: And that translates to no straight white people. The more straight white people are involved with anything, the more problematic it is and is a sign of regression.
